    This online application system is only for the students applying for the
    Regular Convocation ceremony that is to be held in the month in the month of December 2011.

    Those who are applying for supplementary or duplicate degree certificate should not apply through this online system. They should apply in a prescribed form available on the university website.

    How to Apply
    1.
    Please Calculate Application Form Fee Amount on the website or click here.
    2.
    Two Payment Methods are available i.e. direct cash deposition (at Bank of Maharashtra, University Campus Branch) or payment through Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank
    3.
    If you select payment method as “Demand Draft”, kindly draw the DD in the name of "Registrar, University of Pune", payable at Pune and drawn on any of the Nationalized Bank of correct Amount. Please carry all the detail Information of your DD with you when you start filling the online form
    4.
    If you select payment method as “Direct Cash Deposition”, Online challan get generated after submission of application form. Student has to submit this challan at Cash Counter of “Bank of Maharashtra”, University Campus Branch and pay the cash. This challan is divided into 3 sections. After receipt of payment, Bank will give you 2 parts of challan with Stamp of Bank. Student need to submit University Copy of Stamped Challan along with Application form printout to University
    5.
    To apply for Convocation Degree Certificate, Student needs to register himself on website. Click on “New User” Link of Home Page.
    6.
    User can choose his own username and password. If selected Username is available, it is get allocated and this Login name & password will also be mailed to your specified email id for your reference. It is essential for the candidate to remember his/her Login name and Password for further transactions.

    After Successful Creation of Account you can proceed to the online convocation Application system by clicking on “Online Application Form” link

    Clicking on this link will open Online Application form for Convocation

    Fill the information in this form completely. (You have to fill up your name only mentioned as per University Statement of Marks.) Please Note that Address provided by you here in this application form should be proper as your degree will be sent by post on this address only.

    If you select payment method as “Demand Draft”, it is extremely important to fill the details of Demand Draft in the Application form which is compulsory for form submission.

    Once your are done with data entry click submit button to proceed.
    12.
    If data entered is proper you will be redirected to the printing preview page. This is Just Preview Page for your reference and checking for correction of entered information. Please do not take printout of this Preview page.
    13.
    Please check accuracy of filled information. To change filled information click on “update” button.
    14.
    When information published in preview is correct, click on “Confirm and Print” to get print out of application form.
    15.
    Please Note that after Clicking “Confirm and print” button you cannot update the information entered. University will receive your information only after clicking of “Confirm and Print”
    16.
    Print the application. This is your receipt of online submission of convocation form. Please take 2 printouts and keep one for your reference.
    Procedure for submission of printout of application form:
    1.
    Arrange the Application form Printout & the required documents enlisted.
    3.
    Write your Application Form Number, your name and address behind the Application Fee Demand Draft if your payment method is by Demand Draft.
    4.
    Sign exactly on the space provided for the signature on the printout of the Application Form. Also Write Place and Date on the Printout.
    Applications Without Signature will not be accepted.
    5.
    Write your full Name in Devnagari (Marathi) on the Printout of Application Form in the space provided. (For Post Graduate Degree Application only)
    6.
    Submit the Form with DD/ Stamped Challan & Final year Marksheet BY HAND or By Post in the
    Convocation Department, Examination Section, University of Pune, Pune - 411 007.
    Once application is received online and on paper at department, it will be verified and processed by department.

    After successful verification department will send confirmation email to you on entered email.
