    Cultural, Social conditions and Literary trends of Persian Literature.
    2. To develop the aesthetic sense among the pupils.

    Duration: Two Hours Maximum Marks = 60
    No. Of Questions: Four
    Pattern for the Term End Examination:
    1) Critical Question on prescribed prose writer with 15 Marks
    internal choice.
    2) Critical question of the prescribed text. 15 Marks
    3) R/C. (three out of five) 15 Marks
    4) Translation of text book’s passages in Urdu, English 15 Marks
    & Marathi OR Explain in Persian.
    Total: 60 Marks

    Both the portions as prescribed above
    Duration: Three Hours Maximum Marks: 80
    No. Of Questions: Five (With internal choice)

    1) Critical Question from ‘Miraas-e-Zaban-e-Farsi 16 Marks
    (with internal choice)
    2) Translation of Passage from “Miraass-e-Zaban-e-Farsi 16 Marks
    into English, Urdu or Marathi (Four out of Six)
    3) Critical Question on Nizami Uroozi Samarquandi (his art, 16 Marks
    literature, worksstyle) or the subject matter of ‘Chahar Maquala 16 Marks
    4) a) Reproduction of any One out of Three from Chahar Maquala 08 Marks
    b) Short Note on Prescribed Text Book (Two out of Four) 08 Marks
    5) Translation of the Passage from the Chahar Maquala 16 Marks
